Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of growtle.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by Growtle Digital Private Limited (“Growtle”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• The information you give us, including identity verification details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
• One person or business may not hold multiple accounts to evade limits, reviews or enforcement.

Growtle lets brands and agencies discover creators, run campaigns, agree contracts and manage payments, and gives creators a profile, media kit, link in bio, campaign tracking, Instagram tools such as profile sync, automated DM replies (AutoDM), comment replies and insights, and a verified audience badge for connected Instagram and YouTube accounts. We may improve, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

• You need an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account that you own or are authorised to manage.
• By connecting, you authorise Growtle to access your Instagram data and act on your behalf only as described in our Privacy Policy and only for the features you turn on.
• You are responsible for the messages and replies your automations send, and you must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
• You can disconnect at any time from Tools for growth → Instagram or from your Instagram settings.
• Meta may change, limit or withdraw API access at any time, which can affect these features. We are not responsible for changes Meta makes.

• You may connect only a YouTube channel that you own or are authorised to manage.
• By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you authorise Growtle to read your channel data through YouTube API Services only as described in our Privacy Policy. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
• We only read your channel. We never upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube.
• You can disconnect at any time from Verification → Verified audienceor from your Google Account's third-party connections.
• Google may change, limit or withdraw YouTube API access at any time, which can affect these features. We are not responsible for changes Google makes.

You must not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content, including through automations.
• Post or send illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive content.
• Misrepresent your identity, follower counts or engagement, or use fake accounts or bots to inflate metrics.
• Scrape, copy or resell data from the Service, or access other users' data without permission.
• Share, request or hint at emails, phone numbers, messaging-app links or social handles to move a collaboration off the Service.
• Use automated tools, shared logins or multiple accounts to get around profile view limits or other fair-use controls.
• Reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Break any law or the rules of a third-party platform such as Instagram.

We may remove content, pause automations, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

• Brands and creators agree deliverables, timelines, usage rights and fees through the Service. Growtle is not a party to those agreements unless it says so in writing.
• Creators must clearly disclose paid partnerships as required by law and platform rules, including the ASCI guidelines in India and Instagram's branded content tools.
• Brands must provide accurate briefs, review deliverables in good faith and pay agreed fees on time.
• Disputes between a brand and a creator should first be raised with each other; Growtle may help mediate but does not guarantee an outcome.

Growtle protects both sides of every collaboration by keeping discovery, conversations, contracts and payments on the Service. By using the marketplace you agree to the following:

• Profile visibility.Visitors see a creator's name, photo, categories, location and follower range. Signed-in brands also see reach, engagement, audience insights, rates and past work. Social handles and links are shared only with a brand once a contract with that creator is signed, and Growtlenever shows a creator's email address or phone number to brands.
• Contact details stay private. We automatically detect and hide emails, phone numbers, links and social handles in messages, briefs, proposals and profile text where a collaboration has not yet been contracted. Profile text that contains contact details is not accepted.
• Fair-use limits. Brand accounts can view a limited number of full creator profiles each day, with higher limits for verified businesses. We may limit or suspend accounts that browse in a way that suggests scraping or data harvesting.
• No circumvention.For 24 months after a brand or agency first discovers, contacts or works with a creator through the Service, neither party may agree, pay for or deliver paid collaborations with each other outside the Service, or solicit the other to do so. This applies to anyone acting on either party's behalf.
• Conversion fee. If a collaboration covered by the previous point takes place outside the Service, the party that moved it off the Service must pay Growtle a conversion fee equal to the commission we would have earned at our then-current rate on the full value of that work. We may also suspend or close the accounts involved. A brand may instead buy out a creator relationship with our prior written agreement.
• Reporting. Please tell us at hello@growtle.com if anyone asks you to work or pay outside the Service. Reports are handled confidentially.

Fees, commissions and payout terms are shown in the Service before you commit. Payments are processed by our payment partners, and you are responsible for the taxes that apply to you unless we state otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or connect. You grant Growtle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it only to operate and promote the Service, for example to show your public profile. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

The Service, including its software, design, brand and content we create, belongs to Growtle Digital Private Limited. You may not copy, modify or use it except as these Terms allow.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time — see our data deletion page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must by law, or to protect other users. Obligations that by their nature should survive, such as payment, liability and dispute terms, continue after termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any collaboration will produce a particular result.

To the extent the law allows, Growtle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for the acts of brands, creators or third-party platforms such as Meta and Google. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to compensate Growtle for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your automations, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live. Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
