How Growtle Works
From brief to payment in five steps: brands post briefs, match with verified creators, approve content and pay securely on approval.
How does Growtle work?
Brands post a brief or invite verified creators, creators reply with packages and rates, both sides agree deliverables in a contract, the brand approves the content, and payment is released to the creator after approval. Every step — messages, contracts, content and invoices — stays in one workspace.
The five steps from brief to payment
- Discover. Brands search influencers by niche, platform and city or post an open brief that creators can apply to.
- Propose. Creators and agencies send proposals with deliverables, timelines and rates; either side can counter-offer.
- Contract. Accepted terms become a contract covering deliverables, usage rights, disclosure and payment milestones.
- Create and approve. Creators submit drafts, brands request revisions or approve, and the approved content is published.
- Pay and review. Payment is released on approval, invoices are generated, and both sides can leave a review.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a typical collaboration take?
Simple posts can be briefed, contracted and approved within days; larger campaigns follow the milestones agreed in the contract.
- What happens if the content is not what was agreed?
Brands can request revisions within the agreed limits. Payment is released only after approval, and disputes are handled against the contract terms.
- Who owns the content after the campaign?
Usage rights are defined in the contract, including where, how long and in which formats the brand may use the content.
- Do I need an agency to use Growtle?
No. Brands and creators can work directly, and agencies can manage creators when that suits both sides.
- Is there a fee to get started?
Signing up and browsing is free for brands, creators and agencies. See the pricing page for plans and platform fees.
